DAY 2: IN THE TRENCHES
things i have done today to pass the time:
unsuccessfully tried the scrabble beta application w steve and lindsay b
shopped online for rugs and new bedspreads, unsuccessfully
shopped online for dreamcatchers for about an hour (still unsure if i'm going to buy a $30 one to hang over the tv)
read all of these ridiculous yelp reviews by a middle aged man of "one star wonders" containing A+ first world complaints
wrote a review of the dunkin donuts at madison and wabash
read all of dan's new yelp reviews (20+ and counting in one day)
looked at a list of chicago's landmarks on wikipedia (got up to the Hs, thank god there is more to look at tomorrow)
looking at the ridiculous amounts of photos jessie stockwell has posted online
last night dan and i sat on the front stoop in the rain w mike and renda and drank bell's beers instead of deep cleaning the apt. so tonight this will actually happen.

"blog your pain"
this morning was nice: woke up a little before the alarm, ate some toast, watched crime tv while dan continued to pack. got dropped off at halsted and madison and took a nice leisure stroll to work. bought a dress i've wanted on sale from $98 for $20. iced coffee.
THEN I FOUND OUT SCRABULOUS IS RIP
my #1 entertainment for 8 hrs daily mon-fri as i call 300+ morons and leave 270+ voicemails
apparently that lawsuit re: facebook and dork scrabulous programmers actually began. or something? i have no idea i signed up for EMAIL ALERTS bc i myself am a real loser
nonetheless

-reading mike conway's yelp reviews (A+ reviewer)
-researching sam's club prices on star trek: TNG dvd sets ($286 for entire series)
-looking at my cousin's new stupid pictures of her getting wasted
-i am soon running out of ideas of what to do, perhaps make some stupid yelp posts
perhaps i should begin researching h/motels for the NE trip rapidly approaching at the end of august! i spoke w my father this morning and told him he needs to begin putting aside that money for me to take the trip since it's been about two and a half weeks since i've smoked a cigarette. he can sure afford to since he is currently sitting poolside in some fucking french getaway town in the middle of nowhere.

jessica p begonia just text msged me in regards to bennigan's restaurants closing nationwide. no last meals. bankruptcy. they should've called me for some help, man.
